Marketing Measurement Specialist

As our Marketing Measurement Specialist, you won't just report on what happened in a campaign; you'll design and own the measurement systems that tell us what actually drove growth, and what would have happened anyway. That means running a portfolio of incrementality tests across nearly every channel we operate in, calibrating our marketing mix model (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA) against those results, and connecting all of it to what actually matters commercially - customer lifetime value, brand health, and audience strategy.

You've likely spent a few years as part of a measurement or marketing analytics team elsewhere, and you're ready to own the agenda yourself: setting the testing roadmap, defending measurement integrity before a campaign ever launches, and building the documentation and training that means we can scale the knowledge across our organization and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • Build Effectiveness: Connect performance measurement to brand metrics, audience strategy, market share insights. Measure what we can, model what we cannot. Proactively surface growth opportunities and anomalies in media data, and recommend channel optimizations informed by evidence vs intuition.
  • Explore strategies that connect media effectiveness to Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), not just short-term conversion, including new vs. returning customer segmentation and its margin/LTV impact.
  • Design, power, QC, and analyze marketing experiments across channels - geo-holdouts, platform lift tests, and synthetic controls - measuring incrementality directly wherever feasible.
  • Own MMM data integrity - manage refresh cycles and reporting with partners, and build the feedback loop that feeds incrementality results back in to sharpen the model's priors.
  • Maintain the Media Impact Dashboard as the team's performance compass, and support broader marketing needs like UTM standardization and automated workflows. Specify data requirements for BI and validate what the team's dashboards and tools are saying.
  • Triangulate incrementality tests, MMM, and MTA into a single, calibrated measurement view - onboarding and upskilling the wider team on how to interpret and steer with confidence.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and areas for campaign optimization.

What we are looking for

  • Exhibit strong analytic, technical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing measurement, media analytics, or marketing data science, including hands-on design of media tests (geo-based and/or platform-level).
  • Practical experience with incrementality testing, and direct exposure to marketing mix modeling (building, operating, partnering closely with one)
  • Working knowledge of Python or R, Strong SQL skills.
  • Ability to get the right data out of SAP, DSPs, Google analytics, social platforms or other 3rd party media vendors.
  • Working knowledge of different media channels – online and offline – and their respective measurement capabilities and limitations.
  • A builder’s mindset: comfortable defining how something should work when frameworks are at their foundation.
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate results of complex analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What we offer

  • 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 4 additional days
