The role focuses on converting qualified leads into confirmed orders, owning client accounts end-to-end, and collaborating closely with product development and design teams to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities Convert qualified leads into confirmed purchase orders (POs) Manage end-to-end buyer communication including pricing, negotiation, sampling, and timelines Own and grow key accounts (e.g., large retail or international buyers) Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business Forecast revenue and maintain an updated sales pipeline Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Design teams for sampling, costing, and execution Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of business opportunities Track market feedback and relay insights to internal teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead-to-order conversion rate (%) Total order value generated ($) Repeat business and client retention Gross margin achieved through negotiations Pipeline accuracy and forecasting Skills & Qualifications Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships Understanding of product costing and manufacturing processes (preferred) High ownership and accountability mindset Ability to work cross-functionally with design and production teams Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
