Marketing Officer
Position
Overview
We are seeking a creative and
results-driven Marketing Officer to
develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies,
analytics, and tools to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase
customer engagement.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across
multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid
advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and brand
visibility.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content,
including blog posts, videos, graphics, and infographics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best
practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign data using tools
like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list
segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure
cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends,
tools, and best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,
Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media
management, or online advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content
marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google
Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SEO
tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like
WordPress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret
marketing data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital
marketing platforms.
- Experience with video marketing and graphic design
tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer
collaborations.
