Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing professional to drive marketing across the Alpen Group, including Alpen Partners (Alpen Partners AG and Alpen Partners International AG), Goldbach Capital, and our furniture and lifestyle business, Forms Gallery, in Freienbach. The role sits at the center of the group's brand presence: you will plan and run campaigns, produce recurring content such as our weekly private markets newsletter, manage the Forms Gallery online shop, and coordinate with partners, agencies, and internal teams across several business lines.

This is a hands-on role. You will move between financial services communications one day and showroom or event marketing the next, so range and adaptability matter more than depth in any single channel.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive marketing professional with:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or financial services
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online shops
• Comfortable producing recurring content on a deadline (newsletters, campaign emails, social content)
• Strong skills in Office tools, content management systems, and social media platforms
• Familiarity with CRM or campaign tools (e.g. Zoho or similar) is a plus
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking across multiple business units, and comfortable under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy
• Flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is a strong plus, additional languages welcome
• Experience coordinating with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• High level of discretion and integrity; some of our entities are regulated (FINMA-licensed), so materials go through compliance review before publication
  

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Alpen Group business units
• Produce recurring content, including our weekly newsletters
• Manage and optimize the Forms Gallery online shop, including product and content management
• Create marketing materials for print, digital, and social media channels
• Coordinate marketing activities with partners, agencies (including our SEO/content agency), and internal teams
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
• Support events, exhibitions, and PR initiatives, including in-house events at our Freienbach location
• Ensure consistent brand presence and tone across all channels and entities
