Student Recruitment and Outreach
- Promote university and college programs to prospective students, parents, schools, and education agents.
- Attend education fairs, school visits, tuition-class engagements, open days, and virtual events to generate prospective student leads.
- Provide accurate and timely program information to potential applicants.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, agents, students, parents, and other relevant stakeholders.
Lead Management and Conversion
- Manage student enquiries promptly through CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, messages, and other communication channels.
- Nurture and convert leads in line with intake and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and student progress.
Application and Enrolment Support
- Guide prospective students through the application process and required documentation.
- Track applications through the offer, acceptance, and enrolment stages.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience.
Marketing and Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns targeting key intakes, programs, and student segments.
- Contribute to digital marketing, social media, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
- Assist in developing promotional content and campaign ideas based on prospective student interests and market trends.
- Represent ECU Sri Lanka professionally at marketing, promotional, and student recruitment activities.
Customer Service
- Provide high-quality support to prospective students and their families.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and maintain a positive student experience.
- Represent the institution positively across all communication and engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant data protection requirements.
- Part or full qualification in Marketing CIM/SLIM or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management would be an added advantage.
- Experience in marketing, student recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service. Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, parents, school representatives, and education agents.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and deadlines.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach to student engagement and lead conversion.
