About the Role

The Place is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Officer to plan and oversee restaurant marketing activities and campaigns, drive brand awareness, and ensure marketing efforts contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Support the Marketing Manager in overseeing departmental operations.
• Organize and attend marketing activities and events.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns across social and print media.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to support marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing content and oversee its distribution.
• Conduct market research to identify promotional and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns using relevant performance metrics.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Good understanding of market research, statistical, and data analysis methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as CRM tools.
• Good understanding of social media and web analytics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• ND/HND/BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
