We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join our Admin team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Cognyter you'll:
- Support employer branding, marketing, and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and corporate visibility and partner with Global Marketing.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including employee engagement activities, hackathon, all years around holiday and celebration, parties, charities, support internal social activities and other events.
- Create and distribute internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, emails, articles, and social media content.
- Periodically feedback assessment and surveys.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
- Promote company initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external suppliers.
- Support local PR activities and ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
- Coordinate media production activities, including photo sessions, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain the annual marketing plan, annual events calendar and support budget, procurement, and invoice tracking activities.
- Manage content for digital signage and internal communication channels.
Requirements
For that mission you'll need:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Employer Branding, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of marketing, communication, and digital engagement tools.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or employer branding activities is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working with external vendors and suppliers.
- Experience with relevant tools - presentations, videos, photos and communication surveys.
- An endlessly curious mind.
