Marketing Operations Coordinator

We have an opening for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging professional services environment.You will be joining our Marketing Operations Team, an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Client Services function.

• Manage our Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure data is kept up to date
• Collate and update the Firm’s credentials database
• Coordinate e-mail marketing for client events and legal updates
• Assist in the assessment of marketing opportunities
• Support media monitoring and reporting
• Process claims and assist in the department's budgeting process
• Coordinate gift requests and membership renewals
• Provide events and other administrative support to the MCS team

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in marketing or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
• A minimum of two years of working experience in marketing coordination, budget monitoring or team administration
• Familiarity with database systems and CRM administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills with excellent attention to details
