- Carry out basic video editing, including captions, music, trimming, and simple transitions.

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and livestream initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling and sending EDM campaigns using prepared content and materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases for marketing activities.
- Assist with the setup of e-vouchers, promotional codes, bundles, and other campaign mechanics.

- Keep up with relevant social media trends, platform features, and content formats.
On-Ground Marketing & Operational Support
- Visit assigned outlets, including restaurants and salons, when required to capture content or support marketing activities.
- Assist outlet teams during selected campaigns, launches, livestreams, or peak customer periods.
- Support customer communications and booking coordination when operational coverage is required.
- Work closely with outlet managers to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly on the ground.
Marketing Administration & Asset Management
- Maintain organised content libraries and digital marketing assets.
- Ensure photos, videos, campaign materials, and other marketing files are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Support basic backend administration for social media platforms, marketing systems, and customer databases.
- Assist with preparations for content shoots, including sourcing simple props, coordinating setups, and ensuring required materials are ready.

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; candidates with equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Some hands-on exposure to social media, digital marketing, content creation, community management, or a related area through employment, internships, freelance work, projects, or other relevant experience.
- Comfortable managing platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with a good understanding of reels, stories, short-form content, and current social media formats.
- Able to capture and edit basic mobile-first photo and video content independently.
- Familiarity with content creation, scheduling, and basic editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and audience interactions.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt captions and customer responses to different brand tones.
- Organised and able to coordinate multiple content calendars, campaigns, and brands concurrently.
- Comfortable responding to customer enquiries and supporting customer-facing activities when required.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with creative, marketing, and outlet teams.
