Use Excel, BI tools, MAP/CRM reporting, and SQL or equivalent methods to communicate insights and inform decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, IT, Legal, and Information Security to understand requirements and align automation and lead operations improvements with business objectives. Coach marketing team members on tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with marketing technology, AI, analytics, and automation trends. Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign velocity, data quality, conversion rates, lead management, and operational efficiency within the department.
