As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and scale the systems and processes that power the marketing-to-sales pipeline in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will oversee critical revenue operations infrastructure, from lead lifecycle management and routing to data enrichment, scoring, and prioritization. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Business Systems, and technical teams, you will ensure clean data, efficient lead flow, and fast follow-up. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across a sophisticated MarTech stack. You will also identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve operational quality. Your work will directly influence pipeline quality, sales efficiency, and the scalability of go-to-market operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and continuously optimize lead, contact, and account lifecycle processes, including MQL, SAL, and SQL disposition logic and automated recycling.
  • Build scalable marketing operations through automation, governance, process standardization, and operational best practices.
  • Manage lead-to-account matching, deduplication, enrichment, and data-quality workflows to maintain accurate and actionable records.
  • Support account segmentation and routing strategies using intent signals and platforms such as 6sense and Factors.ai.
  • Lead the operational use of Clay across the marketing organization, including workbook structures, credit management, intake processes, and prioritization of use cases.
  • Manage contact and company enrichment workflows across Clay and ZoomInfo, including provider waterfall configuration and data-accuracy validation.
  • Own the administration and optimization of Qualified, including chat routing, meeting-booking workflows, and SDR handoffs.
  • Serve as a key power user for Groove or Salesloft and help optimize engagement workflows and rep handoffs.
  • Develop notification and alerting logic that enables timely sales follow-up, including pre-recycle alerts.
  • Optimize buyer engagement across website and inbound channels.
  • Manage lead and account scoring models based on buying intent, engagement signals, funnel stage, and data from platforms such as 6sense and Clay.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine MQA and MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, sales acceptance, and overall pipeline efficiency.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows for enrichment, data quality assurance, notification triage, and other operational processes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and determine where automation can effectively replace manual processes while integrating with existing systems.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
    • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketo.
    • Proven experience building and managing lead-routing frameworks, scoring models, and enrichment workflows using platforms such as RingLead, Clay, or similar tools.
    • Experience migrating or replatforming marketing systems, including CRM, marketing automation, or lead-routing platforms, with an understanding of associated data and process risks.
    • Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, funnel operations, and go-to-market processes.
    • Experience managing marketing technology contracts and tracking associated budgets.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Data Science, Engineering, and external technology vendors.
    • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build, quality-check, or optimize marketing and data workflows.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-optimization capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
    • Experience with 6sense or another intent-data platform is a strong plus.
    • Experience with Qualified is a plus.
    • Experience managing MarTech vendor budgets or credit-based platforms such as Clay or ZoomInfo is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary of $135,000–$165,000, with compensation determined based on experience, relevant skills, knowledge, and performance.
      • Remote-first flexibility within the United States.
      • Flexible work arrangements designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
      • Unlimited paid time off.
      • Generous parental leave.
      • Comprehensive employee benefits and healthcare support.
      • A transparent career framework designed to provide clarity around expectations, compensation, and professional growth.
      • An inclusive, diverse, and collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and take on meaningful challenges.
      • Opportunities to work with modern MarTech, revenue operations, automation, and AI-enabled technologies.
      • A culture that values performance, entrepreneurship, authenticity, kindness, and continuous development.
