Marketing Operations Senior Associate
You will execute time-sensitive promotional and CRM campaigns during scheduled hours, including evening and weekend coverage. You will set up promotions, deploy and QA CRM campaigns, triage customer-facing incidents, review compliance, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute reactive campaigns across Promotion Operations and CRM Operations
- Set up promotions across Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing platforms
- Deploy and QA CRM campaigns across email, push, and other channels
- Triage customer-facing incidents and escalate issues
- Review live promotions and CRM campaigns for discrepancies
- Review copy, terms, and creative for responsible gaming and regulatory compliance
- Maintain documentation, status updates, and handoff notes
- Support intake and prioritization of evening requests
- Build familiarity with promotional and marketing automation systems
- Escalate ambiguous, high-risk, or novel issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, customer support, or a related field
- Working knowledge of promotional mechanics or CRM campaign execution
- Ability to follow documented processes and escalation protocols
- Understanding of Promotion and CRM Operations tasks
- Understanding of promotional mechanics and customer segmentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Availability for required evening, weekend, and holiday schedules
- Knowledge of and interest in sports and sports betting
- Experience with Braze, Xtremepush, Movable Ink, or similar marketing automation systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications
