The Marketing Operations Specialist supports Curant Health’s Brand Strategy team by coordinating marketing materials, inventory, events, social media activities, campaigns, and content projects. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are organized, accurate, and completed on time.

The Marketing Coordinator – Brand Strategy supports the Brand Strategy Department within the Strategy & Performance (S&P) team by coordinating marketing material fulfillment, inventory management, event logistics, and content-related activities.

This role serves as an operational resource for the Brand Strategy team, helping ensure marketing materials, events, and content initiatives are organized, accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.

The position's primary areas of responsibility include Marketing Material Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management and Event Planning & Coordination, with additional support for content development, tracking, and refinement.

Marketing Material Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

  • Receive, review, and fulfill requests for approved marketing materials from S&P team members and other authorized internal stakeholders.
  • Pick, pack, label, and ship sales materials, patient education resources, promotional items, event supplies, and other marketing materials accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain organized storage areas for marketing materials, event supplies, displays, promotional inventory, and related assets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine physical counts, and reconcile physical inventory against inventory records.
  • Identify low-stock, out-of-stock, damaged, outdated, or discontinued materials and communicate findings to the appropriate Brand Manager.
  • Coordinate replenishment requests and obtain appropriate direction or approval before reordering, replacing, or retiring materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming inventory, outgoing shipments, material usage, reorder activity, and available quantities.
  • Prepare and distribute shipment notifications, tracking information, expected delivery dates, and related updates to S&P department leads and other applicable stakeholders.
  • Monitor shipments through delivery, investigate delays or discrepancies, and escalate unresolved shipping issues as appropriate.
  • Support periodic inventory reviews to identify obsolete materials, changing demand, upcoming needs, and opportunities to improve storage and fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain a general understanding of and perform responsibilities in compliance with applicable Specialty Pharmacy URAC standards.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Support the planning and coordination of regional and national trade shows, conferences, patient events, community events, and other marketing activities.
  • Travel to select events to assist with booth or table setup, breakdown, material organization, and general on-site marketing support.
  • Maintain event checklists, schedules, contact lists, registration details, deadlines, and supporting documentation under the direction of the lead Brand Manager.
  • Assist with event registrations, exhibitor forms, shipping requirements, attendee information, vendor coordination, and other administrative preparations.
  • Gather, organize, pack, and ship booth displays, signage, literature, promotional items, equipment, and other event supplies.
  • Track event shipments and communicate delivery status, delays, missing items, and return-shipping information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support planning and coordination of internal S&P events, including the annual kickoff meeting and other meetings throughout the year.
  • Help maintain organized, professional, and brand-consistent exhibits and event spaces.
  • Support post-event activities, including packing and returning materials, updating inventory, organizing attendee or lead information, collecting feedback, and assembling event documentation.
  • Assist with API documentation, reconciliation, and tracking, as applicable.

Content Support, Tracking & Refinement

    • Assist with the creation and development of compelling, measurable marketing content supporting lead-generation initiatives, including capabilities decks, solution decks, leave-behinds, presentations, and other collateral.
    • Support the coordination and maintenance of sales materials, patient education pieces, email campaigns, website content, presentations, videos, and RFP-related materials.
    • Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, broken links, inconsistent terminology, and other basic quality-control issues.
    • Compare revised content against approved source materials to confirm requested edits have been completed accurately.
    • Maintain content trackers documenting project status, assigned owner, due dates, review stages, approval status, publication dates, and final file locations.
    • Route drafts and revised materials to appropriate internal reviewers and track feedback through completion.
    • Consolidate comments and requested edits from internal reviewers for Brand Manager review while maintaining approved messaging and strategy.
    • Maintain clear version control by consistently labeling drafts, archived versions, review copies, and final approved materials.
    • Assist with routine content updates, formatting, file preparation, image or document collection, and other production-support activities as directed

Qualifications

  • Requires 2 years of experience related to marketing and/or healthcare areas of focus. A minimum of 1 year experience in the field or in a related area
  • Tradeshow/vendor booth logistics and setup experience is strongly recommended.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required

Up to 45% Travel

Compensation: $53,000–$58,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
