Marketing Operations Specialist

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or similar.

- CRM experience (at least 1 year) – HubSpot (ideal) or similar

- Marketing analytics experience with programs such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar

- Ideally 2-3 years’ professional experience in marketing role or marketing experience in industrial or manufacturing settings. Applicants with less experience as well as recent graduates will also be considered.

- Demonstrated ability to tailor marketing operations and deliverables for target audiences.

- Social media experience – drafting posts in the company’s tone, image/media best practices, etc.

- Must be able to commute to office in North Chesterfield.
