Marketing Ops / AI Systems Lead
Role Summary
- Owns the operational and technical backbone of the marketing function: the AI tool stack, prompt systems, campaign execution, and the CRM/data pipeline. Executes against the strategy and briefs set by the Head of Growth & Brand.
- Transform manual marketing processes into automated, AI-first operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing AI tool stack (content/creative generation tools, prompt libraries, automation workflows)
- Execute campaigns across channels per the Head of Growth & Brand's briefs — paid, outbound sequences, content publishing, bilingual social formats (1080×1080, 1080×1350)
- Own the CRM and lead-gen data pipeline — data integrity, lead routing, reporting dashboards
- QA on all AI-generated output for accuracy, brand compliance, and consistency before it reaches the Head of Growth & Brand or compliance for sign-off
- Establish guidelines for model selection, prompt patterns, data privacy compliance, and creation-to-publishing human review gates
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new AI marketing tools as the landscape shifts, with cost/output tradeoffs clearly quantified
- Keep abreast of the latest data trends, social media, search engine and other ways to reach targeted audiences based on live statistics
- Maintain the operational record: what was published, when, performance data — the source of truth the Head of Growth & Brand uses for attribution decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations, martech, or a hybrid marketing/technical role
- Hands-on experience with AI content/creative tools (image/video generation, LLM-based copywriting) and prompt engineering at production scale
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound tooling
- Comfortable owning a tool stack independently — the role is closer to a technical operator than a traditional marketer
- Detail-oriented; this is the QA layer catching errors before they go external, so accuracy under volume matters more than creative flair
- Experience at a MAS-regulated financial institution is an advantage
