Profile
- Junior or Senior profile with at least 2 years of experience in a PMO role and/or within a Marketing team.
Required Hard Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and channels, including CRM/email marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic content creation skills, with the ability to support the development of newsletters, dealer articles, and communication materials.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Italian and/or French would be considered a strong asset.
Required Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate both personal tasks and cross-functional team activities.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Overview
The Marketing Strategy & Operations profile plays a key role in ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the Software Business Unit (SWBU).
Profile is responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring the Marketing team's workload, anticipating upcoming activities, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Orchestrating all marketing actions required for the launch of new services, features, and projects.
- Supporting the creation of weekly newsletters, monthly dealer articles, and other communication materials.
To achieve these objectives, profile continuously works to:
- Improve coordination and visibility across marketing activities.
- Prioritize initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Ensure timely preparation of Go-to-Market plans.
- Anticipate communication needs and plan activities in advance.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Strategy & Operations Assistant will support the team in the following activities:
1. Marketing Action Plan Management
- Collect inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Create, update, and maintain the Quarterly Marketing Action Plan (MAP).
- Ensure visibility of upcoming initiatives and key milestones.
2. Activity Monitoring & Coordination
- Track the progress of marketing activities on a weekly basis.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Support the resolution of operational issues and facilitate alignment across teams.
3. Launch & Roadmap Orchestration
- Maintain and update the roadmap of upcoming services and projects.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing actions required for successful launches.
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a focal point between Marketing and Software stakeholders.
- Consolidate and share weekly project updates, priorities, and key information.
5. Content Creation Support
- Contribute to the development of weekly newsletters, dealer articles, and communication materials.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
