Role Overview
The Marketing Project Manager will focus on foundational marketing and project support tasks, specifically assisting with the execution and logistics of high-priority Brand & Reputation, YouTube, and Gemini-focused projects. This role supports the seamless delivery of key initiatives through meticulous coordination, vendor communication, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
● Program Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate logistics for major marketing initiatives, including external-facing AI skilling programs and annual stakeholder engagement events. Track tasks to help ensure they are completed on schedule and meet Google-grade standards.
● Agency and Partner Support: Act as a day-to-day operational liaison for external agencies and design partners. Coordinate project logistics, track physical and digital event asset production, and support alignment with project needs.
● Localization and Asset Coordination: Support the localization pipeline for global training assets, marketing decks, and course curricula. Assist internal and external partners in facilitating content development and delivery.
● Administrative Operations: Organize and maintain Shared Drives to ensure team-wide access to essential documents and resources. Execute day-to-day marketing administrative tasks for assigned projects.
● AI-First Mindset & Experimentation: Utilize AI tools within daily operations. Experiment with new AI features and workflows to increase execution speed and improve work quality.
