Marketing Project Manager

Globbing is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for the Kazakhstan market while working from our office in Armenia.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensure timely delivery of projects, and collaborate closely with local market stakeholders to drive business growth in Kazakhstan.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects for the Kazakhstan market.
  

• Develop project timelines and execution plans while ensuring deadlines are met.
  

• Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams.
  

• Work closely with the Kazakhstan team to understand local market needs, customer behavior, and business objectives.
  

• Manage campaign launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
  

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  

• Ensure marketing materials are localized and aligned with the Kazakhstan market.
  

• Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and partners when required.
  

• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  

• Maintain project documentation and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
  

• Continuously improve marketing workflows and project management processes.
