We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Marketing & Promotions Associates.
This entry-level position provides hands-on experience supporting live events, promotional campaigns, brand awareness, customer engagement, and community outreach.
No previous marketing or promotions experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop valuable professional skills and grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
- Represent brands and organizations at live events and promotional activities
- Engage directly with customers and event attendees
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Communicate campaign, product, and promotional information
- Support event setup, displays, and on-site activities
- Assist with community outreach and customer engagement
- Work with team members to achieve daily campaign goals
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development
- Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
