Position Impact:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations tTalent to plan and execute PR initiatives that elevate our brand presence and corporate reputation. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing departments, and play a key role in managing media relations, and driving thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Implement public relations strategies to support brand, product, and corporate initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the media.
• Drive PR agencies to execute PR strategies and ensure alignment with brand voice and strategic goals, such as press releases, media pitches, interviews, press events.
• Define and track PR KPIs that align with business objectives, using data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Develop communication strategies for crisis management, ensuring timely and appropriate messaging to maintain the company’s reputation.
• Support internal communication messaging to keep employees engaged and informed of company news and updates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong news sensibilities and storytelling skills.
• Strong media network and understanding of the local media landscape.
• Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns.
• Ability to handle crisis situations with composure and professionalism.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret data. Capable of transforming market sales figures and industry trends into impactful, news-worthy stories.
• Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
