Marketing_Public Relations Specialist 公關專員

Position Impact:

We are seeking a passionate and creative-minded Public Relations Talent to support the execution of PR initiatives that elevate our brand presence and corporate reputation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing departments, play an active role in managing media relations, and assist in driving impactful brand stories.

Responsibilities:

• Execute public relations campaigns and activities to support brand, product, and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain and update media databases, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with target media.
• Collaborate with PR agencies to ensure smooth execution of PR materials, including drafting / reviewing press releases, media pitches, and organizing press events.
• Track campaign performance based on established KPIs and analyze data/insights derived from PR agency reports.
• Assist in monitoring crisis risks and support the team in preparing response materials or monitoring media sentiment.
• Support internal communication execution to keep employees informed of company news and updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications (Agency experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong interest in storytelling.
• Familiarity with the local media landscape and experience in daily media pitching.
• Proven track record of participating in or executing PR campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking under fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with data and research; ability to assist in gathering market trends or sales figures to support story angle development.
