We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Reputation Specialist to help manage our company’s online presence, protect our brand reputation, and maintain professional communication across digital platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor online reviews, ratings, and company mentions across multiple platforms.
- Track video content mentioning our trucking company on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Identify and report false, misleading, or inappropriate content in accordance with platform policies.
- Contact content creators to request corrections, clarifications, or resolution of disputes.
- Engage professionally across Facebook, YouTube, X, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on online reputation and content-related issues.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level, with near-native written communication skills.
- Knowledge of content reporting, takedown procedures, and platform policies for YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
- Excellent written communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and reliable reporting skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Belgrade.
- Availability to work the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
