Marketing Research Analytics Specialist

Discussion
As a Research Analytics Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role across brand strategy, media buying, and market research for the University's Enterprise Marketing & Research team. This full-time position works closely with the Marketing Analyst and the Director of Enterprise Marketing & Research to design and run both quantitative and qualitative studies, from programming and fielding surveys to supporting focus groups and interviews, then dig into the results to identify the key findings and themes that matter. Beyond individual studies, you'll collect, analyze, and interpret research and analytics data more broadly, turning it into clear, reliable reports for internal partners and external stakeholders across the University. Your work will directly inform brand strategy conversations, helping ensure the University's positioning and messaging stay grounded in sound research rather than guesswork. You'll also support media buying strategy by evaluating performance data and shaping recommendations that guide planning decisions. As you grow into the role, you'll take on greater ownership of research projects and analytics reporting from start to finish, becoming a more consistent point of contact for internal partners — a natural next step as you build deeper expertise in the University's research and marketing landscape.
