Key Highlights:

• Office Hours: Monday-Friday
• Nearest MRT: Bishan Station
• Be a part of a public sector team supporting operational planning, grant administration, research, communications, event coordination, and knowledge management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support basic research activities, including conducting desktop research and gathering relevant information to support planning and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in project coordination, including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with project timelines.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and engagement sessions, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, attendance tracking, and coordination of materials.
• Support the collation of information, responses, and inputs from various teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in knowledge management activities, including organising and maintaining relevant resources and documentation.
• Provide support for other corporate planning and project-related initiatives as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in administration, project coordination, marketing support, research support, or communications support.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Independent, adaptable, and a good team player.
