Job Description

Closio Catalyst is hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to support marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and sales activities.

The role involves engaging with customers through face-to-face marketing activities, supporting customer acquisition, and working with the team to deliver campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs.

• Provide information about products and services.

• Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, events, and promotional activities.

• Work towards individual and team performance targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Collect customer feedback and relevant market information.

• Work with team members to support campaign activities.

• Represent client brands professionally when engaging with customers.

• Attend relevant training and coaching sessions.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and receive training.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
