Position: Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Drive membership growth and achieve sales targets
• Manage marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Build partnerships and promote brand awareness
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Monitor performance and report results to management

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience in marketing or sales management (fitness industry is a plus)
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Ability to develop marketing strategies and sales plans
5. Result-driven and customer-focused mindset
