micro1 is engaging Marketing, Sales & Strategy Specialists to contribute deep commercial expertise to a writing-intensive customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement seeks contributors with a proven background in product marketing, sales, or strategic consulting to deliver crisp, structured written analyses and recommendations. Professionals with experience in B2B/enterprise markets, go-to-market strategy, and persuasive business storytelling are encouraged to participate.


Scope of Work

  1. Draft and evaluate product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies using provided frameworks and prompts.
  2. Produce clear, analytical writeups explaining strategic decisions and their rationale for business scenarios.
  3. Assess competitive landscapes and synthesize market analysis into actionable, well-organized written deliverables.
  4. Develop enterprise sales strategies, negotiation approaches, and concise sales proposals tailored to hypothetical scenarios.
  5. Translate complex commercial concepts into persuasive, easily understood documents for varied business audiences.
  6. Apply best practices from strategy consulting to structure recommendations and communicate insights effectively.
  7. Provide constructive feedback on draft materials to ensure clarity, impact, and real-world relevance.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. 3+ years as a product marketer, B2B/enterprise sales professional, or strategy consultant, ideally in recognized organizations or agencies.
  2. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written deliverables such as positioning documents, go-to-market plans, sales proposals, or strategy decks.
  3. Advanced analytical thinking, with expertise in market analysis, competitive assessment, and commercial judgment.
  4. Exceptional business storytelling and persuasive writing skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
  5. Experience communicating complex business recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with strategy consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches.
  7. Advanced written English proficiency; contributors from leading universities or consulting firms strongly encouraged to participate.
