Marketing Senior Manager - Brazil
Inautalent is recruiting, on behalf of an international player in the lifestyle and social-connection space — present in around ten markets worldwide, including the UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, India, Australia, Canada and France — a Marketing Senior Manager to take ownership of the Brazilian market. A whole market to grow, a strategy to build, and the responsibility to drive it from diagnosis through to execution.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the integrated marketing strategy for Brazil: diagnosing the market's challenges and opportunities, building a clear, actionable plan, then bringing it to life yourself — managing the media agency, influencer partnerships, and brand campaigns. Unlike the equivalent France role, which operates in full isolation, you'll have a regional safety net: your direct manager has hands-on experience of the Brazilian market and speaks Portuguese, giving you a real sparring partner the France role doesn't have.
Requirements
The role:
- Own the Brazilian market end-to-end: diagnosis, strategy, execution
- Continuously track competitor activity and market movements, turning insights into strategic recommendations
- Determine the marketing mix and make strategic recommendations on paid media
- Oversee day-to-day collaboration with the media agency, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization across paid channels
- Build integrated, multi-channel marketing plans (media, influencer, PR, partnerships), from brief to performance analysis — on time and on budget
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (creative, PR, media, product marketing, partnerships, growth)
- Regularly communicate market challenges, strategy and results to leadership
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's a plus
- 6-8 years of experience in brand, integrated, or strategic marketing, ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, or culturally-driven brands
- Strong grasp of Brazilian Gen Z trends and culture, with the ability to adapt global strategy into locally resonant activations
- Proven track record of independently owning a market end-to-end, from diagnosis to execution
- Solid understanding of the media landscape, channels and measurement; strong analytical skills
- Comfortable operating without a large team, wearing multiple hats, and getting things done independently
- Native-level Portuguese, fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
Benefits
Conditions: Brazil, fully remote — Compensation: R$323,000 gross/year — Target start date: November 11th.

First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Resume
- Please confirm: are you a native or bilingual Portuguese speaker, with fluent English enabling you to work daily with international teams based in the UK and Mexico?
- This role has no dedicated team: you'll be the main person driving marketing for Brazil, wearing multiple hats and operating independently on a day-to-day basis (though with a manager who has direct experience of the Brazilian market). Are you comfortable with this way of working? If your career so far has mostly involved larger teams, please tell us specifically what draws you to a much more independent role.
- Have you already played a significant role in developing and executing a market or brand strategy — whether fully independently, or as the primary driver while working closely with a manager or mentor?
- In your previous answer, please clearly distinguish what you personally designed as strategy (diagnosis, choices, trade-offs) from what you executed based on a strategy defined by someone else. Give a concrete example of a strategy you built yourself from the ground up.
- How many years of experience do you have in brand, integrated, or strategic marketing?
- Do you have marketing experience in any of the following sectors: consumer tech, lifestyle, or culturally-driven/community brands?
- Have you managed one or more media agencies (briefing, media mix trade-offs, performance tracking)?
- Briefly describe a campaign or initiative you led that accounted for cultural or generational trends (Gen Z, social media, pop culture) — ideally in the Brazilian market.
- What is your availability to start? We're targeting a start date of November 11th. If you're currently employed, please indicate your contractual notice period.
- What are your gross annual salary expectations for this role (fixed, in BRL)?
