Marketing / Senior Marketing Executive

We're looking for a proactive Marketing / Senior Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing regular updates.
• Develop project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the creative, production, and marketing teams to execute campaigns successfully.
• Oversee content production and assist during photo and video shoots to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality control on all deliverables before they are presented to clients.
• Manage and moderate social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with talents, vendors, and partners where required.
• Prepare campaign reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Support campaign ideation and contribute creative marketing ideas when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (Senior Executive candidates should have more extensive project management experience).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
