Social Media Marketing & Office Administrator

Position: Full-Time | In-Office

Florida & Texas Currency Exchange is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly organized individual to join our Tampa office! We are looking for someone who can manage our social media presence, assist with marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, promotional posts, and advertisements.
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Monitor social media performance, trends, and customer interactions.
• Assist with website updates, digital advertising, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across our multiple branch locations.

Office Administration

• Provide daily administrative support to corporate management.
• Manage emails, correspondence, scheduling, and general office tasks.
• Maintain organized records, documents, and reports.
• Communicate with branch locations, vendors, and outside partners.
• Assist with special projects and other operational responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
• Experience with photography, video editing, and marketing analytics is a plus.
• Prior administrative or office management experience preferred.
