Marketing & Social Media Operations (Hands-On Creation and Interaction)

These are growing communities and ecosystems that thrive through live events, excellent content, and through a network of city-based chapters and industry committees across the globe.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Marketing Operator to help manage and grow 2–3 small brands using our playbooks, guides, and ready-made templates. This is a great role for someone who loves following a process, enjoys creative work, and takes pride in executing campaigns with precision.

You will follow existing playbooks to support the team:

* Use research-based AI to create trend reports, whitepapers, and swipe files for VRAR and AI.
* Manage posting, boosting, and outreach across social platforms.
* Keep websites updated (WordPress & Squarespace).
* Edit videos for social media and mid-length content.
* Create and send email newsletters and outreach campaigns (Mailchimp & Instantly).
* Follow detailed guides and processes for consistent execution.
* Support regional directors.
* Set up live streaming and provide admin support for events.
* Create and post events for specific cities.
* Conduct outreach and email campaigns into geographic markets using LinkedIn, IG, and Instantly.

Bonus Skills (not required, but nice to have):

* Workflow automation using AI tools like Make.com (we’ll train the right person).

Type: Starting part-time and moving to full-time for the skilled person with the right attitude. Must work on USA hours.
