【Marketing】Social Media Supervisor – Predator

Role Summary
This role owns social content and channel strategy for Predator and Nitro, Acer's gaming brands — planning, execution, and channel management across Nitro & Predator's social platforms. At supervisor level, this person sets direction rather than executes on instruction: owning the agency production end-to-end (briefing, performance, and holding the agency accountable), acting as the point of escalation for Predator social issues, and representing the Predator social workstream in cross-functional planning. Grow Predator's social channels and identify opportunities in trending content to engage users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Nitro & Predator's organic social content calendar: collect input from stakeholders (product team, gaming brand team, regional teams) and translate it into a content plan, briefing the external content agency on the monthly content plan.
• Coordinate content timing with product launches, corporate events, gaming events, and campaigns with brand & product marketing team and external partners (Intel, Microsoft, NVidia, AMD).
• Review and approve daily content cards/drafts from the agency for brand voice, accuracy, and platform fit before publishing.
• Work with the agency to manage Nitro & Predator's social channel presence directly — posting cadence, platform-specific formatting, and day-to-day channel health.
• Monitor content publishing across Predator and Nitro social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) and ensure final assets are uploaded to SharePoint for worldwide marketing team use.
• Work closely with the paid media team to amplify content and grow channel followers and engagements.
• Track and review content performance monthly to optimize KPIs constantly.
• Work with the social care team to monitor online customer feedback and escalate to the relevant team when needed.
• Partner with the Acer social channel manager to keep tone and process consistent across the two brands (Acer & Predator).
