About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build and scale Wonderful's brand, ecosystem, and market presence in Korea while contributing to broader APAC marketing initiatives.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines strategy with hands-on execution, and is excited to build from the ground up. While initially focused on Korea, the role offers opportunities to lead broader Northeast Asia and APAC initiatives and help shape Wonderful's regional growth.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end field marketing programs in Korea, driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, executive engagement, flagship events, ecosystem partnerships, PR, content, and strategic communications.
Develop and execute field marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, accelerate pipeline, and expand Wonderful's enterprise presence in Korea.
Build partnerships across Korea's enterprise technology ecosystem, including industry associations, media, technology partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
Partner with local and regional GTM, Product, Business, and Global Marketing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives, support customer acquisition, and accelerate growth.
Translate global messaging into compelling, locally relevant campaigns, product narratives, and marketing assets for enterprise audiences.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of B2B field marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving brand growth, executive engagement, and integrated programs in Korea's enterprise technology market.
Strong hands-on experience across executive events, account-based marketing, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, content, and strategic communications.
Strong understanding of Korea's enterprise ecosystem and go-to-market landscape, with the ability to align marketing closely with business priorities.
Familiarity with product marketing and experience translating global product messaging into compelling localized campaigns.
Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
Strong professional English communication skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong ownership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
