Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC advertising
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus
