Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful launch of campaigns.
- Develop engaging and relevant content for different marketing channels, including case studies, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyse data to assist in marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing content.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Planning and organizing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and maintaining marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Freshers are eligible for this role
- 1-2 years experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
