Marketing Specialist, APAC

Who You'll Work With

As part of the regional marketing team, you will collaborate closely with APAC Sales and Engineering to equip them with compelling content and sales enablement assets. You’ll serve as the bridge to Global Marketing and Content teams to localize campaigns, work with Product and Technical Marketing to translate complex features into clear customer stories, and coordinate with external agencies and channel partners to execute joint demand-generation programs across the region.

What You’ll Do

The Marketing Specialist, APAC will play a critical role in supporting the regional team to execute integrated campaigns that drive demand, build brand awareness, and increase market share across the Asia-Pacific region. This hands-on role focuses on product marketing, technical content development, and campaign execution in close collaboration with APAC sales, engineering, and global marketing teams. The specialist will translate technical information into customer-friendly messaging and ensure the timely delivery of marketing activities aligned with regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing and Messaging

  • Develop and adapt product marketing content, including case studies and presentations, by localizing global messaging to suit the APAC market’s specific technical and business requirements.
  • Assist in creating product positioning and value proposition materials that resonate with APAC customers’ needs and use cases.
  • Produce and maintain sales enablement assets to equip the APAC sales team with clear, compelling product information and messaging.

Technical Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with technical marketing and engineering to produce technical blog posts, customer use cases, and feature highlight content tailored for technical buyers.
  • Help create technical collateral and diagrams that clarify product capabilities for customers and partners.

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and support the execution of regional marketing campaigns by delivering assets on schedule.
  • Assist with demand-generation initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, and digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with campaign plans.
  • Manage regional marketing content calendars and support social media updates and digital marketing tasks.
  • Monitor basic campaign metrics and assist in preparing performance reports to help improve future initiatives.

Regional and Partner Support

  • Support channel marketing activities by executing joint campaigns and distributing co-branded content for partners.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between APAC sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure executional alignment and flow of information.
  • Provide local insights to ensure marketing activities meet the cultural and commercial context of various APAC markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with a focus on product or technical marketing execution.
  • Good technical understanding and ability to simplify complex technology concepts for marketing content.
  • Strong project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets, showing awareness of regional customer needs and cultural nuances.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, especially networking, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and basic marketing analytics.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and with external agencies.
