Marketing Specialist
What you’ll be doing
Our Atturra Corporate Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Marketing Specialist to join the team, based in our Melbourne office.
The Marketing Specialist supports revenue growth by planning, coordinating and executing marketing programs, vendor initiatives and sales enablement activities across the Cloud Business Solutions (CBS) business, with a focus on Microsoft and ServiceNow.
This is a hands-on marketing role responsible for delivering campaigns, events, content, partner marketing activities and sales collateral that contribute to lead generation, brand awareness and pipeline growth.
Working closely with Sales, Delivery subject matter experts, alliance stakeholders and Corporate Marketing, the Marketing Specialist helps ensure consistent execution of marketing activities that support business growth objectives and strengthen Atturra's market presence.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Content
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns aligned to CBS revenue priorities and target industries.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content development, approvals and follow-up activities.
- Create and maintain marketing content including:

- Social media posts
- Client success stories
- Capability statements
- Presentations
- Event communications
- Work with technical subject matter experts to develop clear and compelling client-focused messaging.
- Coordinate design, digital and external marketing suppliers where required.
- Ensure all marketing activities align to Atturra brand standards and governance requirements.
Vendor & Alliance Marketing
- Assist in the execution of Microsoft and ServiceNow marketing plans.
- Coordinate vendor-funded marketing activities and program requirements.
- Maintain marketing calendars covering campaigns, events, webinars and partner initiatives.
- Support reporting, documentation and administration associated with vendor marketing programs.
- Maintain partner collateral, assets and marketplace content.
Events & Market Activation
- Coordinate webinars, client events, industry conferences and partner activities.
- Manage event logistics including invitations, registrations, venue coordination, communications and follow-up.
- Produce post-event reporting and recommendations.
Sales Enablement Support
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, client success stories and credentials documents.
- Coordinate content inputs from Sales, Delivery teams and vendor partners.
- Assist with maintaining reusable bid and marketing assets.
- Support account-based marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
- Support lead management and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reporting on:

- Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Event outcomes
- Vendor marketing activity
- Pipeline influence
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Follow established marketing processes, templates and governance standards.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and client insights.
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience:
Essential
Typically, 3-5 years' experience in marketing, campaign coordination, digital marketing or sales enablement, including:
- Experience executing marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars and/or marketing initiatives.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with stakeholders across sales and business teams.
Desirable
- Experience within technology, professional services or IT consulting.
- Exposure to Microsoft or ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Understanding of lead generation and demand generation concepts.
- Experience supporting partner or alliance marketing programs.
- Experience using content management, workflow and marketing platforms such as:
