Marketing Specialist
NewBe an early applicantWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Bridgewater Bank. Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, this versatile role will help execute a wide range of initiatives across product marketing, communications, digital marketing, and more. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys turning ideas into high-quality, impactful work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and support product marketing initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
- Develop and write content for marketing collateral, sales materials, and other marketing assets, partnering with the graphic designer on creative execution.
- Manage website content updates and support ongoing SEO initiatives.
- Develop, manage, and distribute internal communications, including Weekly News.
- Plan, write, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Provide executional support for marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives, helping ensure deliverables and deadlines stay on track.
- Oversee promotional item inventory and coordination.
- Ensure marketing materials and communications align with Bridgewater brand standards.
- Provide cross-functional support across the Marketing team as needed to advance department and business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs and complex information into clear, compelling marketing content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Experience executing product marketing, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, communications, or digital marketing initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or other marketing and design platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $75,200 Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
