Description

Marketing Specialist

What if your next role actually changed lives, including your own?

At EF Language Abroad, we believe that learning a language abroad is one of the most transformative experiences a person can have. And we need passionate, driven people to help make that happen. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is your chance to grow your career in a global company, work alongside an energetic and ambitious team, and help people take the leap toward a life-changing experience abroad.

You'll be on the ground building our presence in schools and universities: visiting institutions, developing partnerships that generate qualified leads, and bringing our brand to life both offline and online. No two days look the same, just meaningful work, real impact, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.

Your Main Responsibilities

Offline Marketing and Institutional Partnerships

  • Visit schools, colleges, and universities to present our offerings, build relationships with decision makers, and open new partnership opportunities.

  • Support and develop the ambassador program in schools and universities, recruiting, engaging, and supporting student ambassadors.

  • Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.

  • Plan and execute fairs, presentations, and promotional events in person, both on campus and off campus.

  • Track lead generation results from partner institutions and report performance against targets.

Campaigns and Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional, offline, and digital channels.

  • Develop and roll out advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Manage email marketing and content marketing strategies end to end.

Analytics and Budget

  • Track, control, and report on marketing budget and performance metrics.

  • Analyze campaign results and propose data driven optimizations.

Strategy and Brand

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.

  • Support brand positioning, reputation, and PR initiatives to maintain a consistent brand image in the local market.

  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored messaging strategies.

Team and Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to ensure academic and offline marketing is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced, service oriented, or international environment.

  • Proven experience in offline marketing, school or university partnerships, events, and lead generation.

  • Proven experience in branding, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and budget management.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, metrics, and budget control.

  • Business acumen with good negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the city and region for visits and events.

  • Organized, resilient, and able to multitask under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and results driven profile.

  • Valid driver's license.

Why Join Us

You'll be part of a global organization that invests in its people, where collaboration, ambition, and growth are part of the day to day. Expect a competitive package, a diverse and international team, and real opportunities to develop your career in a fast paced, purpose driven environment.

Compensation and benefits are provided in accordance with applicable local labor laws.
