Job Summary:
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day marketing execution for multiple automotive brands. This person will work at the intersection of content, paid media, social, email, and agency management, bringing together a strong external partner ecosystem into a cohesive, measurable marketing engine, and will report directly to the Automotive Vertical's Director of Marketing. This is not a strategy-from-a-distance role; it's executing, managing vendors, running campaigns, and building programs that directly drive revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organic Social: Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels. Maintain strong, community-first brand voices.
- Agency Management: Own the day-to-day relationship with marketing and content agencies. Brief campaigns, review deliverables, and hold partners accountable to performance metrics.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Execute drip campaigns, trial nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Influencer Program: Execute the influencer marketing program. Identify new partners, manage relationships, and track performance.
- Event Support: Coordinate marketing presence at industry events, including asset creation, pre-event promotion, and post-event follow-up as needed.
- Marketing Stakeholder Reporting: Build and maintain weekly marketing performance reports covering paid, organic, email, and pipeline metrics. Present updates in weekly leadership meetings.
- Other marketing needs as they arise.
Skills & Competencies:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment.
- Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta), Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or vendors.
- Comfortable with email marketing platforms and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong written communication skills — writing briefs, reviewing copy, and coordinating creative.
- Data-driven mindset — tracks results and uses them to improve performance.
- Bonus: experience in the automotive industry, hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude) for content creation and campaign ideation, and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment.
Salary Range: $73,399 – $82,000 USD
