Job Requirements:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and attract qualified CDL drivers and owner-operators.
• Generate high-quality leads through social media, job boards, online advertising, and other digital channels.
• Create and manage recruitment and promotional content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Support the Recruitment team in achieving monthly hiring targets by providing qualified candidates.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing and recruitment opportunities.
• Maintain the company's online presence and strengthen employer branding.

no remote, strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn and Indeed, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
