Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
Oversee all marketing and student recruitment operations across our three preschool campuses independently. Manage social media platforms including Xiaohongshu (Redbook) and Instagram, plan open house events, parent-child activities, and engage with local middle-class and expatriate families in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate domestic and overseas social media accounts (Xiaohongshu, Instagram) to create graphic and video content for brand promotion.
- Plan and execute offline marketing events: campus open days, parent-child workshops, trial classes and parenting seminars.
- Communicate, consult and convert local middle-class and expatriate families to meet enrollment targets.
- Develop monthly marketing plans, design promotional materials and maintain sustainable lead channels.

Compensation Package
- Basic salary: Starting from SGD 2,800
- Plus enrollment commission, total monthly pay starts at SGD 3,200
- Experienced top performers can earn up to SGD 6,000 monthly
Job Requirements
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese for smooth communication with local and foreign parents.
- Skilled in graphic design, copywriting and short video editing for social media content creation.
- Prior marketing or student recruitment experience in preschools / early childhood education centers is a strong plus.
- Strong event planning, client consultation and sales conversion skills with clear target orientation.
