Position: Marketing Specialist & Targetologist
Location: Tashkent, Office
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop marketing campaigns to attract truck drivers and owner-operators
• Manage targeted advertising on Facebook & Instagram
• Create advertising content and coordinate social media posts
• Track leads, cost per lead, and recruitment results
• Work closely with the recruiting team to improve lead quality
• Manage advertising budgets
• Prepare weekly performance reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to provide previous campaigns and measurable results
• English sufficient for creating ads for the U.S. market
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• U.S. trucking or driver recruitment experience is a plus
