Marketing Specialist

Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across our social media platforms.

Content Creation: Develop engaging graphics, images, short-form videos, and other marketing materials.

Graphic Design: Create professional and visually appealing content consistent with our brand.

AI Content Creation: Use AI tools to assist with creating and enhancing images, videos, copy, and other marketing assets. We welcome the smart and effective use of AI.

Meta Ads: Create, manage, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Google Ads: Create and manage Google advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and make adjustments to improve results.

Blog Content: Create and publish blog posts relevant to our company, services, and target audience.

WordPress Management: Update and maintain our website, publish content, make basic website changes, and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

Marketing Performance: Monitor campaign and content performance and use the results to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing business social media accounts.
• Has strong graphic design skills and a good eye for professional, modern content.
• Is comfortable creating both image and video content.
• Has experience using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Has experience working with WordPress.
• Is comfortable using AI-powered tools for content, image, and video creation.
• Has strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Is organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Is proactive and self-sufficient — you should be comfortable identifying what needs to be done and moving projects forward without constant direction or supervision.
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.
• Is willing to learn, experiment, and continuously improve marketing strategies.

🌎 Location: 100% Remote
💰 Compensation: $11 USD/hour
💼 Position Full-Time: 40 hours per week — 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
