At VPG, strong marketing starts with consistency, creativity, and a clear understanding of who we are. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can bring organization, creativity, and attention to detail to VPG’s corporate and property marketing efforts.

You’ll support VPG’s brand across social media, websites, graphic design, company communications, meetings, and events. From creating engaging content to maintaining our digital presence and developing branded materials, you’ll help ensure every VPG touchpoint is professional, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage assigned company social media platforms, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Develop engaging content that highlights VPG initiatives, projects, culture, events, properties, and other relevant activities.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar to support consistent and timely communication.
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach, visibility, and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather photography, project updates, company news, property information, and other content.
  • Develop written and visual marketing content for proposals, social media, websites, presentations, and company collateral.
  • Ensure marketing materials are consistent with VPG’s brand identity, quality standards, and approval processes.
  • Perform copywriting and editing to maintain a consistent, professional VPG voice and tone.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials for corporate, property, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Create branded flyers, signage, presentations, advertisements, event materials, digital graphics, and resident-facing communications.
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and other approved tools to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Provide creative and strategic input on presentations, marketing initiatives, and team deliverables, subject to Director approval.
  • Maintain corporate and property websites to ensure content is accurate, current, visually consistent, and aligned with VPG brand standards.
  • Coordinate website updates, including company information, property information, imagery, announcements, and other marketing content.
  • Monitor websites for outdated information, functionality issues, and opportunities to improve the user experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on website enhancements, integrations, and technical updates as needed.
  • Maintain organized marketing templates, design files, photography, and digital brand assets.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of assigned company meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, invitations, registration, communications, materials, signage, vendors, and day-of setup.
  • Develop branded materials and communications to support company meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure event deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met.
  • Provide on-site support for company meetings and events as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of current marketing, social media, design, and digital communication trends and identify opportunities to strengthen VPG’s marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform all other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, website management, event coordination, or a related function.
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and digital marketing.
  • Experience maintaining or updating websites through a content management system.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and content creation tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, internal departments, property teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Portfolio or examples of graphic design, social media, content creation, or other marketing work preferred.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience supporting marketing efforts for real estate, property management, construction, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
  • Experience with website content management and digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience creating photography, video, reels, or other short-form digital content.
  • Experience coordinating corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or company-wide meetings.
  • Experience developing branded templates, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
  • Experience working with external marketing, creative, website, or event vendors.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
  • Occasional on-site support for company meetings and events may be required.
