Marketing Strategist (PART TIME/FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENT/CITY HALL)

Johwa Hair & Living is looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Marketing Strategist to help grow our brand presence and attract new customers through engaging content and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content strategy for Johwa's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Plan, create, edit and publish engaging photo and video content that aligns with the brand

• Source and coordinate for influencer campaigns

• Source and coordinate hair model sessions

• Work closely with the Marketing Lead/Overall Strategist to execute marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives

• Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach

• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas relevant to the beauty and wellness industry

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations

• Coordinate with salon staff and stylists to organise content shoots and ensure smooth execution

• Build relationships with micro-influencers, content creators and local communities for marketing opportunities

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels

• Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, promotional graphics and email campaigns when required

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

• Is creative with strong content planning and storytelling skills

• Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends

• Has basic photography/videography and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc. is a bonus)

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently
