Job Summary

Support bid and business development activities by coordinating proposals, developing bid strategies, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining client databases to strengthen company positioning in securing tenders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bid Manager, Client Relations Director, and Contracts and Project team leads to develop bid strategies aligned with client requirements and company goals
• Coordinate incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs) by gathering information from relevant departments and ensuring timely, complete submissions
• Utilize approved AI and productivity tools to enhance research, proposal development, presentation preparation, and operational efficiency
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development documents using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Create and update company marketing content, including corporate presentations, EDMs, social media content, and promotional materials
• Maintain and update client database with accurate client profiles, project references, and marketing information
• Communicate professionally in written and spoken English to produce clear documentation and correspondence
• Apply a business-minded approach to support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth
• Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in producing polished presentations and submissions
• Maintain composure and focus under pressure to deliver quality work consistently
• Act as a proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Participate in trade and social functions, demonstrating openness to new cultures and markets and contributing to a positive team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in the construction and interior fit-out industry or project management experience
