Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Supervisor to oversee marketing activities, develop effective strategies, and strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  

• Supervise digital marketing, social media, and branding activities.
  

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
  

• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing performance and content creation.
  

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
  

• Supervise marketing team activities and ensure timely execution of projects.
  

• Identify market trends and opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and paid advertising.
  

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing, automation, and content creation.
  

• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Good command of Arabic and English.
