About DScribe
DScribe, by Unriddle Technologies Pvt Ltd,
builds clinical operating infrastructure for Indian hospitals. Our tablet-and-stylus
platform replaces paper inpatient records without asking doctors to change
how they work.
Doctors keep writing by hand, and DScribe takes care of the
rest: shared access across the care team, NABH compliance, AI-generated
discharge summaries and operational insights. The result is less paperwork
for doctors, better coordination for care teams and clearer visibility for
hospital management.
DScribe has grown largely through word of mouth. We are now building
the team that will take DScribe to hospitals across India.
About the Role
Marketing Lead | Full-time | Reports to Co-founder
As Marketing Lead, you will build our marketing
function from the ground up and shape how hospitals discover, understand
and choose DScribe.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital
Marketing: Plan and run digital marketing across SEO, paid
campaigns, email, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Brand
& Messaging: Define and maintain brand guidelines, messaging
and tone of voice.
- Website
Ownership: Own the dscribe.in website, including its content,
SEO and conversion.
- Lead
Generation: Work closely with the BD team so marketing brings
in qualified hospital leads.
- 2+
years of experience in marketing.
- Hands-on
experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and GA4.
- Experience
creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Experience creating brand guidelines and running PR.
- Experience
in healthcare or B2B SaaS marketing.
- A
balance of creative thinking and focus on measurable results.
How success is measured
Marketing and BD share one goal: qualified hospital conversations that convert. You will be measured on lead quality, not just lead volume.
