Job Description & Requirements

Reporting directly to CEO of the company

Responsible for sales target and marketing ROI of retail clients

Come up with marketing strategy, program, action plans and execution.

Drive online traffic to company website through all avenues including social media.

Responsible to run B2C and B2B2C eCommerce operations

Responsible for customer service and management of logistics fulfilment.

Recruit influencers and KOC for company eCommerce website.

Key liaison with retailer/ clients

Develop and implement digital marketing plans, including live streaming

Market survey on competition, pricing, product differentiation, consumers’ behaviour etc
